Megan has enjoyed working in academic and student affairs for over 15 years and is pleased to have joined Salem State University in July 2013. Megan’s primary role in the Center for Academic Excellence is to coordinate all aspects of the Peer Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction programs, where she has a particular interest in training and program assessment. She was the Membership Coordinator for the College Reading and Learning Association's Northeast Chapter and has presented at several conferences on issues related to multilingual students and peer tutoring. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from Brandeis University and her EdM in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. She also holds a MA in TESOL and has taught adult ESL courses, as well as courses for first year students. Megan has been a visiting lecturer in the Theater and Speech Department, where she taught SPC 101E ESL Public Speaking.
